I strive to ensure every client feels cared for, heard, and empowered. I am passionate about bringing peace and balance to those experiencing disconnection, anxiety, grief, trauma, mood changes, low self-esteem, or stress-related challenges.
As a mindfulness practitioner who integrates daily yoga and meditation, I believe in the power of stillness and the mind. Through empathy and skill-based guidance, I help clients develop the tools needed to navigate life’s low points and cultivate meaningful, fulfilling lives.
I offer therapeutic support, coaching, and one-on-one sessions for women, couples, and families, with a focus on helping women through overwhelming or challenging situations.
I conduct classes and workshops on relationships, self-care, time management, gratitude, and mindfulness, along with webinars, seminars, and online sessions that offer deeper insight across various life challenges.
My goal is to support clients at every step—listening, clarifying concerns, and helping them build self-awareness, resilience, and clarity.
Assisting my clients in discovering and making positive changes in their lives, my skills lie in empowering people to better understand themselves, thereby improving relationships with others, enhancing communication, increasing self-esteem and achieving a heightened awareness of one’s own true potential.
A warm, kind, and highly empathetic person, I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients where any concerns can be expressed freely without judgement. Always professional and ethical, I provide a holistic, person-centred approach within a relaxing and respectful space.
My role as a Consultant Psychologist enabled me to gain experience in the following: interpersonal relationship counselling, work stress and management counselling, social skills training and skills development, psychoeducation, assessments and screening/interviewing, face to face counselling and interventions.
I also have worked in the capacity as a family therapist, a facilitator of and speaker at workshops, provided psychological interventions and assessments, therapeutic interventions, the formulation of counselling and coping strategies for clients and conducted employee assistance programs. This experience has also encompassed various training and education programs for students on a wide variety of topics.
Having worked for a number of multinational organisations as well as the Employment Assistance Program (EAP,) and as a registered counsellor and a private practitioner for a number of years, I have assisted clients with diverse backgrounds and issues.
With a family that means everything to me, I am a dedicated and sincere professional who genuinely finds much joy and reward in assisting others to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
